Основной причиной этому являются сложности доступа, требующие большой точности пункционного дренирования желчного протока и последующей литэкстракции. Представленное клиническое наблюдение демонстрирует сложный выбор рентген-хирургического метода антеградного доступа, литотрипсии и литэкстракции для лечения пациентки, длительно страдавшей холангиолитиазом и стриктурой протока VIII сегмента печени.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Intrahepatic bile duct disorders represent a serious problem for surgical doctors. The main reason for this is the access difficulties, which require great accuracy in biliary puncture drainage and subsequent lithoextraction.
