Отразить основные  подходы и тенденции инструментального поиска гормонально-активных образований.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. С 1990 по 2015 г. обследовано  и оперировано 255 пациентов с гормонально-активными нейроэндокринными  опухолями   поджелудочной   железы,   преимущественно  инсулиномами.  Для  оценки изменений алгоритма  диагностики анализировали чувствительность УЗИ,  МСКТ, эндо-УЗИ, артериальностимулированного забора крови и алгоритм топической диагностики за три временных интервала.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Множественное поражение поджелудочной железы выявлено  у 30% пациентов. За анализируемые 25 лет появился новый метод исследования поджелудочной  железы – эндо-УЗИ, произошло сужение показаний  к артериально-стимулированному забору крови,  который  и по сей день не утратил своей актуальности в наиболее сложных диагностических ситуациях.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Максимально точная  топическая диагностика на дооперационном этапе позволяет  предложить пациентам оптимальный, органосберегающий вариант  операции, уменьшить  операционную травму железы и число послеоперационных осложнений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To reflect the main approaches and trends in neuroendocrine tumors imaging.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. 255 patients  with hormonally  active pancreatic  neuroendocrine tumors  were examined  and operated   for  the  period  1990–2015.  There  were  insulinomas  predominantly.  Sensitivity  of  ultrasonography,  CT, endoscopic ultrasound, arterial-stimulated blood sampling, IOUS was analyzed to reveal changes in diagnostic algorithm for this period.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Multiple  pancreatic  lesions occurred  in 30%. Over the 25 years endosonography  as new “gold” standard  for pancreatic visualization was introduced. Indications for arterial-stimulated blood sampling were narrowed. However, this method is still actual and effective in the most difficult diagnostic situations.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
