Представлено клиническое наблюдение хронического кальцифицирующего панкреатита тяжелого течения, обусловленного первичным гиперпаратиреозом с гиперкальциемией. Состояние пациентки осложняли хроническая почечная недостаточность, поражение костной ткани и нервной системы. Несмотря на редкое сочетание, в два этапа удалось выполнить комплексное консервативное и хирургическое лечение, что позволило значительно улучшить состояние больной. Наблюдение демонстрирует возможности современных методов диагностики и комбинированного лечения тяжелого контингента больных с редким сочетанием заболеваний.

It is presented case report of severe chronic pancreatitis caused by primary hyperparathyroidism with hypercalcemia. State of the woman was complicated by chronic renal failure, bone and nervous system lesion. Comprehensive medical and surgical treatment was made within 2 stages despite a rare combination of diseases that significantly improved patient's state. Case report demonstrates the possibilities of modern diagnosis and surgical treatment of heavy contingent of patients with rare combination of diseases.
