<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Liver transplantation is currently controversial for colorectal cancer metastases and not recommended in clinical guidelines. We report the first Russian case of liver transplantation from cadaveric donor in a patient with multiple bilobar unresectable liver metastases of colon cancer. The current state of the problem and the place of liver transplantation in metastatic colorectal cancer treatment are discussed in a short review.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>печень</kwd><kwd>ободочная кишка</kwd><kwd>колоректальный рак</kwd><kwd>метастазы</kwd><kwd>трансплантация</kwd><kwd>химиотерапия</kwd><kwd>иммуносупрессия</kwd><kwd>выживаемость</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>liver</kwd><kwd>colon</kwd><kwd>colorectal cancer</kwd><kwd>metastases</kwd><kwd>transplantation</kwd><kwd>chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>immunosuppression</kwd><kwd>survival</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Злокачественные новообразования в России в 2017 году.
