Клиническое наблюдение демонстрирует продолжительную безрецидивную выживаемость пациента, перенесшего гастрэктомию с левосторонней гемигепатэктомией по поводу местнораспространенного рака желудка с метастастазами в левой доле печени. Агрессивная хирургическая тактика с расширением объема вмешательства при метастатическом раке желудка в отдельных клинических ситуациях может быть оправдана достижением R0-статуса.
