Подробному анализу подвергли современную классификационную систему, эпидемиологические данные и факторы риска послеоперационных кровотечений. Рассмотрены возможные направления модификации имеющейся схемы классификации кровотечений после резекции поджелудочной железы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper analyzes modern literature data regarding post-resection hemorrhagic complications in surgical pancreatology. The modern classification system, epidemiological data and risk factors for postoperative bleeding are analyzed in detail.
