Определить особенности пассажа желчи у пациентов, перенесших реконструктивные операции на желчевыводящих путях, без клинико-инструментальной картины стриктуры билиодигестивного анастомоза.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Анализировали результаты радионуклидных исследований желчевыводящих путей у 102 пациентов со сформированным билиодигестивным анастомозом с 2016 по 2020 г. Уточняли существование значимой связи клинических данных с результатами гепатобилиосцинтиграфии с помощью точного критерия Фишера.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. У 75 (73,5%) пациентов нарушение пассажа желчи было связано с моторикой отводящей петли. В 3 (4%) из этих наблюдений был парез отводящей петли, у 70 (93,3%) – множество эпизодов рефлюкса из отводящей петли в билиодигестивный анастомоз и внутрипеченочные желчные протоки. У 2 (2,6%) пациентов без клинических проявлений хронического холангита отметили редкий рефлюкс из отводящей петли в билиодигестивный анастомоз и внутрипеченочные желчные протоки.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Дисфункция отводящей петли является значимой причиной нарушения пассажа желчи после формирования билиодигестивного анастомоза, что создает условия для развития осложнений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To determine the character of bile outflow in patients who underwent biliary tract reconstructive surgery without any clinical and instrumental evidence of the stricture of biliodigestive anastomosis.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The authors analyzed the findings of radionuclide biliary tract studies conducted in 102 patients with biliodigestive anastomosis from 2016 to 2020. The significant relationship between clinical data and hepatobiliary scintigraphy results was confirmed using Fisher’s exact test.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In 75 patients (73.5%), bile outflow disturbance was attributed to the efferent loop motility. Of these cases, 3 (4%) involved paresis of the efferent loop, while 70 (93.3%) exhibited multiple episodes of reflux from the efferent loop into the biliodigestive anastomosis and the intrahepatic bile ducts. In 2 patients (2.6%) showing no clinical signs of chronic cholangitis, a rare reflux from the efferent loop into the biliodigestive anastomosis and the intrahepatic bile ducts was noted.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
