Представить КТ- и МР-характеристику доброкачественных и злокачественных опухолей двенадцатиперстной кишки, инвазии ее аденокарциномой головки поджелудочной железы, дуоденальной дистрофии.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведен поиск научных публикаций и клинических рекомендаций в информационноаналитических системах PubMed и Google Scholar за 2013–2021 гг. по следующим ключевым словам: duodenal neoplasms, adenocarcinoma, duodenum, duodenal neuroendocrine tumors, duodenal adenoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, cholangiocarcinoma, radiology, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, pancreatic head cancer. Дополнительно проведен анализ списков литературы для обнаружения статей, соответствующих критериям поиска.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Анализировали 1494 статьи, 22 из которых использованы для составления обзора. Из списков литературы дополнительно включено 35 статей за 1992–2021 гг. Результаты поиска – созданы блоки статей, внутри которых статьи анализировали для изучения диагностических признаков.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Ранняя диагностика и выбор верной тактики лечения опухолей двенадцатиперстной кишки остаются предельно актуальными и требуют дополнительного внимания врачей диагностических специальностей и клиницистов.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim: To present the computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging assessments of benign and malignant duodenal tumors, pancreatic head adenocarcinoma invading the duodenum, and duodenal dystrophy.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: We searched for scientific papers and clinical guidelines in the information and analytical databases PubMed and Google Scholar from the 2013–2021 period using the following search terms: duodenal neoplasms, adenocarcinoma, duodenum, duodenal neuroendocrine tumors, duodenal adenoma, gastrointestinal stromal tumor, cholangiocarcinoma, radiology, magnetic resonance imaging, computed tomography, pancreatic head cancer. Then, we examined the reference lists of all the identified studies to collate the papers that would meet the eligibility criteria.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: We analyzed 1494 articles, 22 of which were included in our review. From the papers published within 1992–2021, 35 articles from the reference lists were additionally included.
