Подробно изложена информация о терминологии, показаниях и технических особенностях выполнения основных вариантов мини-инвазивной хирургической санации некротических скоплений – эндоскопической транслюминальной некрэктомии, видеоассистированной забрюшинной хирургической обработки и мини-инвазивной забрюшинной некрэктомии. Представлены результаты многочисленных исследований по оценке их эффективности и возможным вариантам комбинированного применения. Приведены материалы актуальных международных клинических рекомендаций, свидетельствующие о целесообразности выполнения мини-инвазивной некрэктомии в рамках поэтапной стратегии лечения больных острым некротизирующим панкреатитом.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The research review presents literature data on the possibilities of performing minimally invasive necrosectomy for infected forms of acute necrotizing pancreatitis. The paper provides detailed information concerning the terminology, indications for, and technical features of implementing the principal methods of minimally invasive surgical debridement of necrotic accumulations. The techniques include endoscopic transluminal necrosectomy, videoassisted retroperitoneal debridement, and minimally invasive retroperitoneal necrosectomy. The review describes results of numerous studies on the evaluation of their effectiveness and possible options for their combined use.
