Оценка эффективности шкалы PREPARE в прогнозировании тяжелых осложнений после операций на поджелудочной железе.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. В исследование “случай–контроль” включали оперированных на поджелудочной железе. Осложнения ≥II степени по Clavien–Dindo были обозначены как “тяжелые”. Пациентов разделили на 2 группы: “0–II степень” (контроль) и “III–V степень” (случай). Для всех больных были подсчитаны баллы и определены категории риска по шкале PREPARE.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Был включен 151 пациент: “0–II степень” – 102 (68%) наблюдения, “III–V степень” – 49 (32%). Использовали ROC-анализ: для баллов (AUC = 0,616; 95% ДИ 0,527–0,706; р = 0,014) и для категорий риска (AUC = 0,555; 95% ДИ 0,463–0,648; р = 0,241) шкалы PREPARE.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Полученные данные не позволяют в настоящее время рекомендовать шкалу PREPARE для прогнозирования осложнений операций на поджелудочной железе.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To evaluate the effectiveness of the PREPARE score in predicting severe complications after pancreatic surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and Methods</title><p>Materials and Methods. The case-control study included patients operated on the pancreas. Grade ≥III Clavien– Dindo complications were designated as “severe”. Patients were divided into two groups: “0–II degree” (control) and “III–V degree” (case). For all patients, scores were calculated, and risk categories were determined according to the PREPARE score.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. The study included 151 patients: “0–II degree” – 102 (68%) observations, “III–V degree” – 49 (32%). ROC analysis was used for the scores (AUC = 0.616; 95% CI 0.527–0.706; p = 0.014) and for the risk categories (AUC = 0.555; 95% CI 0.463–0.648; p = 0.241) of the PREPARE score.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
