Сравнить результаты лапароскопических и открытых резекций при новообразованиях печени у детей.  </p></sec><sec><title>Материал и методы</title><p>Материал и методы. Проведен ретроспективный анализ ближайших и отдаленных результатов лапароскопических и открытых резекций печени за 2018–2021 гг. Для применения псевдорандомизации наблюдения сопоставлены по 10 кофаундерам, учитывающим анатомо-физиологические особенности, данные анамнеза.  </p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Лапароскопически оперировано 30 детей, открытым способом – 77. После псевдорандомизации получено 26 пар сопоставимых наблюдений. Отмечены статистически значимые различия в сроках удаления страховочного дренажа, продолжительности анальгетической терапии и послеоперационного периода с преимуществом лапароскопического доступа как до псевдорандомизации, так и после. Отсутствовали значимые различия в частоте послеоперационных осложнений, летальных исходов и отдаленных результатах лечения.  </p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Сокращение послеоперационного периода свидетельствует о необходимости дальнейшего изучения результатов лапароскопических резекций печени с привлечением специализированных учреждений. Это позволит окончательно сформулировать показания к таким вмешательствам. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To compare the results of laparoscopic and open resections in children with hepatic neoplasms. </p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. A retrospective analysis of the immediate and long-term results of laparoscopic and open liver resections for the period from 2018 to 2021 was performed. In order to apply pseudorandomization, the observations were compared according to 10 cofounders, taking into account anamnestic data, anatomical and physiological features.  </p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. 30 children were operated on laparoscopically and 77 – by the open method. After pseudorandomization, 26 pairs of comparable observations were obtained. Statistically significant differences were identified in the period of safety drainage removal, duration of analgesic therapy and postoperative period with the advantage of laparoscopic access both before and after pseudorandomization. The authors reported no significant differences in the incidence of postoperative complications, lethal outcomes and long-term treatment results.  </p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. Shorter postoperative period indicates further study of the results of laparoscopic liver resections with specialized institutions to be involved.
