Солидно-псевдопапиллярная опухоль поджелудочной железы: проблемы диагностики и лечения

Аннотация
Cолидно-псевдопапиллярная опухоль поджелудочной железы является редким высокодифференцированным злокачественным новообразованием, характеризующимся относительно благоприятным клиническим течением. Наиболее часто она встречается у женщин 20–30 лет. Cолидно-псевдопапиллярная опухоль поджелудочной железы не имеет специфических клинических проявлений. Лучевая диагностика (УЗИ, КТ, МРТ)
определяет характерные для этой опухоли изменения, такие как как гетерогенность и гиповаскуляризованность, отражает солидные и кистозные компоненты новообразования. Отдельные доклады описывают экстраорганное расположение солидно-псевдопапиллярной опухоли поджелудочной железы. Основным методом лечения является операция. Протяженность резекции поджелудочной железы зависит от расположения и размера опухоли. В случае злокачественного течения заболевания химиотерапия и лучевая терапия должны
быть обсуждены
