Abstract
The authors have dedicated this article to the 180th anniversary of their alma mater, the N.N. Burdenko Faculty Surgery Clinic of Sechenov University. The experience of minimally invasive interventions under ultrasound navigation and X-ray television control for diseases of the liver, bile ducts, and pancreas is presented. The stages of development of this field of surgery, its role in modern clinical practice, and future prospects of percutaneous minimally invasive interventions are described.
